Ellery Vaughn Development Group LLC was born from the shared vision of a community of women who grew up in different towns around the world, each carrying a deep passion for service, leadership, and transformation. From rural neighborhoods to busy city streets, these women answered the call to serve in schools, healthcare, the military, local government, and small businesses—always putting their communities first.

Over the years, these leaders stayed connected—lifting each other up, collaborating across industries, and building a network of changemakers committed to leaving the world better than they found it.

What started as conversations around kitchen tables and community centers has grown into a nationwide movement, employing women across 20 states, representing over 40 nationalities, all united by a single mission:
To build stronger communities through housing, opportunity, and equity.
